I’m Saffy- daughter of two, sister of two, and twenty-
I like doodling, tea, tinfoil, cardamom and pretty much all things spherical.
When I’m not busy studying in med school, you’ll probably find me beating around the bush somewhere, putting things in nutshells or enjoying my spare time as an avid admirer of alliterations- and anaphoras for that matter. I like words. But most importantly- Food.
I love to cook and bake, the look of cake, besides sometimes enforcing inappropriate rhyming schemes that is- and I like to create dishes inspired by my Pakistani background and the culinary diversity of my multicultural hometown Frankfurt. For the better part though, you’ll find me giving fusion food a go and trying out new ways to bring the different cultures I grew up around together on a plate.
At this point I could either write a very fancy schmancy, edited ‚about me’ text or just go with the flow. The latter I have decided on doing, let me try my luck.

Anyways, let me briefly introduce myself, would be rude not to, innit?
My name is Anni, I was born and raised in Germany, daughter of two, sister of saffy.
I love vanilla soy lattes, travelling, in fact i’ve always wanted to become a pilot even if that means having to prevent dehydration from air travel constantly, oh and design as well as making sandwiches for that matter. You read that right, I am fond of sandwich making, it’s almost theurapeutical.
To be honest, I usually have a hard time putting my jungled thoughts in a coherent order, as you may or may not have noticed, so bare with me.
Do I have a thought-out concept? No, not quite yet. But my sister very kindly asked me to join her on this food blog journey.
